Model homes are designed to grab the heart and each one has a life-story to tell. Everybody loves a great story. Which is why, if designed with the promise of that story, most people visit the design again and again. And many decide to become part of the story, which of course is our goal.
Formerly Courtney Ford Design, Ford & Associates has been creating great life stories in the model homes they’ve designed since 1994. From model homes to clubhouses, wineries, and sales offices, we’ve worked closely with our developer clients to understand what people really need and to see and feel when those doors open.
